For over 15 years we have taken pride in our handmade cheesecakes, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Both our sweet and savory cheesecakes are perfect for small dinner parties to large gatherings, or when you need to bring an appetizer or a dessert to a friend's.
Elegant but simple, the Perfect Celebration wedding cake is a rich indulgence of classic cheesecake between two layers of sponge cake brushed with Grand Marnier, then put together with a dark chocolate ganache. A bright and tangy raspberry layer is a great addition. The cake is then finished in a light, silky buttercream.
Variations for individual tastes can include chocolate sponge cake, white chocolate sponge cake with raspberry cream, lemon cheesecake with lemon curd layered with white chocolate cream, or classic cheesecake with a crunchy toffee cream. For something a little different, try a square or octagonal cake.
